About the event
Escape to the Dominican Republic for a 6 night/7 day wellness retreat designed to help you reconnect, renew, and rebalance. Enjoy daily yoga, journaling, self-reflection, mindfulness-meditation, breathwork, nature immersion, nourishing meals, and rustic but peaceful accommodations in a beautiful tropical setting with mountain view.
Optional excursions are available to local beaches, coffee tour to learn about the reforesting program in DR, Puerto Plata city tour, waterfall hike and shopping.
